This diversity allows you to vary the pleasures and discover different atmospheres throughout your stay.

Accommodations with ocean views

We offer different types of accommodation to suit everyone’s needs. Traditional camping pitches, spacious and shaded, allow you to set up your tent, caravan or motorhome in a natural environment. Some have a direct view of the sea, offering the pleasure of going to sleep and waking up facing the ocean.

For added comfort, our mobile home rentals combine modern facilities with a privileged location. Several models are available, including 8-person mobile homes for large families or groups of friends. These accommodations feature wooden terraces where you can enjoy meals overlooking the sea, or an aperitif while watching the seabirds.

Living to the rhythm of the tides becomes a fully-fledged experience from our accommodations with direct access to the beach. The spectacle is constantly changing: high tide licking the rocks, low tide revealing foreshore and puddles teeming with marine life, lights changing according to the time of day and the weather. This permanent connection with the ocean characterizes the experience of a sea view campsite in Brittany.

Water activities and beach sports

Kerleven beach and its sheltered bay are ideal for a variety of water sports. We offer kayak and paddle rentals right on the beach, with no need for complicated reservations or travel. These boats let you explore the coast from a different angle, reach coves accessible only by sea, or simply glide along the water with the whole family.

Kayaking offers a gentle approach to the marine environment. Paddle at your own pace along the indented coastline of South Finistère, observing the rock formations sculpted by the waves, and approaching the islets where birds nest. Stand-up paddling is suitable for beginners and advanced paddlers alike. Balancing on the board gives you a pleasant sensation and helps you build up your muscles while enjoying the maritime setting.

The beach is also an ideal playground for other family sports. The sand provides soft ground for morning jogging, yoga in front of the waves, fitness exercises or ball games. These physical activities take on a whole new dimension when they take place facing the ocean, with iodized air and the sound of the waves as a natural accompaniment.

In summer, the weather conditions in South Finistère allow you to enjoy the beach and the sea to the full. The water gradually warms up, making swimming enjoyable for the whole family. The tides punctuate the days and offer different experiences: swimming at high tide in deep water, exploring the rocks at low tide, and fishing on foot for the curious.

Brittany, a region of many landscapes

Choosing a campsite with a sea view in Brittany means opting for a place of discovery where the landscape is constantly changing. Finistère, the most westerly département in mainland France, boasts a remarkable diversity of natural environments. From our campsite in Fouesnant, you have easy access to all these different facets of Brittany.

The Quimper region, just a few kilometers from our establishment, combines architectural heritage with living traditions. The Gothic cathedral of Saint-Corentin dominates the town, the cobbled streets of the historic center are home to shops and restaurants, while museums tell the story of Quimper earthenware and Breton culture. A cultural getaway that complements a day at the beach.

The GR 34 takes you to other parts of the Finistère coastline. This long-distance footpath crosses a variety of coastal landscapes: wave-beaten cliffs, fine sandy beaches, gorse- and heather-filled moors, authentic fishing ports. Each section reveals a different atmosphere, and provides an insight into the intimate relationship between Brittany and the Atlantic Ocean.

The Glénan archipelago, visible from our sea-view campsite in Fouesnant, is well worth a day trip. These islands with their turquoise waters evoke tropical landscapes in the heart of Brittany. Boat crossings leave from the port of Beg-Meil or Concarneau during the summer season. On site, you’ll discover white sandy beaches, a renowned sailing school and a protected natural environment.

Our geographical position between Bénodet and Concarneau makes day trips easy. Bénodet, a family-friendly seaside resort, offers walks along the Odet and a variety of water sports. Concarneau, a historic walled town and France’s third-largest fishing port, invites you to stroll through its 14th-century fortifications and watch the trawlers returning from the tide. These two complementary towns will enrich your stay in South Finistère.

Our campsite with swimming pool and family facilities

In addition to sea views and beach access, our Fouesnant campsite with swimming pool offers facilities designed for family comfort. The outdoor pool is a welcome alternative on changeable days or when low tide temporarily takes the sea away.

Children enjoy their own play area, where they can meet other young holidaymakers and develop their independence in complete safety. Parents can truly relax in the knowledge that their children are having fun in a safe, supervised environment.

Our team will make sure your stay goes smoothly, and will be on hand to answer any questions you may have about local activities, the tides, the best times to watch the sunset, or our favorite Fouesnant restaurants. This human and attentive approach characterizes the family spirit of our establishment.
