Do you know the pink gold of Finist\u00e8re? This is the langoustine, a speciality ofLoctudy.<\/a> The arrival of the fishing vessels and daily sales at the auction are worth a visit. Live langoustines are fished daily in the Grande Vasi\u00e8re area.
\nPlain with mayonnaise or cooked with spices, the \u201cbelle demoiselle\u201d is simply a delight! In Plobannalec-Lesconil, a party is even dedicated to it at the beginning of August (entrance is free).<\/p>\n

The Kouign Aman<\/h2>\n
