Les Saules campsite is a Breton family seaside establishment classified 4 stars. You will appreciate our restaurant, with its shaded outdoor terrace near its heated swimming pool. Our campsite by the sea also offers you direct access to the beach. It is the ideal destination for a successful vacation in South Finistère!
We offer both large pitches, delimited by plant hedges and recent mobile homes that can accommodate 4 to 8 people. The campsite is open from April to September.
We are incredibly lucky to be able to offer holidaymakers direct access to the beach. Indeed in this very touristic region, there are many campsites a little far from the coast which oblige you to take the car or walk several hundred meters to go down to the beach. This is not the case here: the lower part of our campsite is directly adjacent to Kerleven beach, one of the most beautiful fine sandy beaches in southern Finistère. We bet the kids will love it!
Once you arrive at the campsite, you can go straight down on foot to swim, or take a walk on the coastal path and explore small coves that are sometimes very discreet.
Enjoy the seaside at all hours, from sunrise to sunset and the soothing sound of the waves. And why not experience the night of the stars on the beach? Nothing like it for an unforgettable stay with family or friends.
This is the main beach of the Fouesnant Forest. Suitable for swimming and supervised in summer, it is largely sheltered from the winds. The slope is very gentle which allows the youngest to have fun without losing their footing. The water is transparent and you can easily observe marine life. When the tide is low, it is possible to walk on the rocks and dive into the little secret spots. New beaches then appear and you can swim or kayak without too much effort.
In good weather, you can see the Glénan Islands archipelago in the distance. The summer boat shuttles departing from Port-la-Forêt can take you there for the day (Departure 20 minutes walk from the campsite. 5 minutes by car).
Discover South Finistère. Whether you are a lover of wide open natural spaces, a culture lover, or simply want to get together with the rest of the family, our campsite by the sea is the perfect place to spend a relaxing and entertaining holiday, discovering the heritage. Breton.
Once you arrive at Les Saules campsite, you will be a few minutes from the town of Concarneau, which is a very pretty fortified town, very lively in summer. The walks in the old alleys and the port are also exciting to discover.

Heading west from the campsite, you can reach Port-la-Forêt, a famous training center for skippers who sail around the world. A few minutes away are the resorts of Fouesnant and Bénodet, also very popular with holidaymakers. In August, you can attend the free concerts on the butte du fort. There you will find many restaurants and a casino.
From your accommodation you can easily travel around the Pays Bigouden, the Pays de Quimper, and visit Pont Aven, Nevez or Locronan, all located less than 1 hour away by car.
Whether you prefer to enjoy only the beach or also discover corners of walks off the beaten track, this is the perfect place for your holidays!

Our campsite is located on the beach road in La Forêt-Fouesnant. It is divided into two, nature side we offer 8 quiet mobile homes for 2 to 6 people. On the beach side, with direct access to the seaside, you will find pitches for tents and campers and mobile homes for up to 8 people.
It is an ideal place for families, lovers of the coast, fans of idleness and the sun. We offer entertainment in high season: themed evenings, concerts, board games…
Our campsite is very well equipped: children’s playground, multisports ground, heated swimming pool…
We regularly renew the mobile homes to offer you recent and comfortable accommodation. Each mobile home has a fully equipped kitchen, one or more bedrooms and a covered terrace with outdoor furniture. If necessary, we can provide you with equipment suitable for babies (to be specified when booking). Do not hesitate to contact us for more information.

Our seaside campsite offers you an exceptional setting, ideal for a relaxing and family vacation. The many events and activities will allow you to fully enjoy your stay in Brittany.
Water sports enthusiasts can swim, learn to kayak and paddle, try their hand at surfing or go along the coast… For those who like sea trips, you can choose to rent a boat or even go for a ride in a sailboat.
Here is a brief overview of the seaside activities available close to the campsite:
Kayak and Paddle : Come and discover the paillote des Saules, kayak and paddle rental at the bottom of the campsite
Diving : for children who want to have fun observing fish, starfish and other anemones, all you need is a mask and a snorkel, the water in the South Finistère is very clear. From the age of 14, you can also do your first dive in the Glénan Islands in a heavenly setting (more info on the Center International de Plongée (CIP) website)
Surf : Even if the most famous spot of the South Finistère is undoubtedly the one of La Torche, located at about 40 minutes from the campsite, you can initiate yourself at the surf school of Bénodet. At only 20 minutes from the campsite the school offers 3 to 5 day courses adapted to all levels (from 7 years old).
Fishing on foot : Clams, cockles, clams… you will find in the south Finistère a great variety of shellfish for the amateurs of fishing on foot.
Boat trips : Take advantage of your vacations to enjoy the South Finistère coastline and take part in a boat trip. From April to September, a wide variety of routes are offered, on the different parts of the coast of Port-la-Forêt.
Hiking on the coastal path : The GR 34 runs alongside the campsite and allows you to walk to Concarneau on one side and the Pointe de Beg Meil on the other. Many walking trails run through southern Finistère. From the road of the solar wind to the tip of the raz, you will discover magnificent and preserved landscapes. If you like long walks in the middle of nature, you will be served! (Do not hesitate to ask us for advice at Maveline at the campsite reception 😉
Lazing on the beach : We started with the most sporty activities, but vacations are made above all to rest. So look no further: a good book and a parasol will be enough to make your holiday a success!
